The Sportaid suspensory is unique in that its scrotal pouch is made from the same elastic mesh fabric as an athletic supporter for excellent support characteristics. The elastic waistband is adjustable via a buckle to fit waist sizes of up to 46 inches. The buckle snaps on and off for quick removal. You can cinch up or let out the waistband to obtain exactly the amount of uplifting support desired. Available in four pouch width sizes: Small: 3 ½ to 4 inches; Medium: 4 to 4 ½ inches; Large: 4 ½ to 5 inches; X-Large 5 to 6 inches
